An illustration of a community-run e-bike repair workshop, with a young mechanic showing an older resident an e-bike's components.
For Grounders

You don't know anyone in Delft.

We do. That's the whole pitch. You've got a real initiative and no way in. Our people land it, on the community's terms. Not yours.

Grounder isn't a euphemism.

It's the honest word for what you actually need: someone already standing on the ground you're trying to reach. Healthcare, education, funding, skills. It doesn't matter how good the initiative is if the community has no reason to trust the person carrying it. Our Cell Stewards are that person. They live three streets over. You don't, and pretending otherwise never worked.

How it actually works. Not a metaphor.

1
You list what you're offering

Verified first. That's what makes a community say yes at all. We only put vetted offers in front of them, which is the only reason they'll listen to a stranger.

2
A community requests you. Not the other way round

Their Cell Steward or Node Admin decides if they want what you're offering. You don't get pushed on anyone.

3
The engagement runs its course

Requested, accepted, active, completed. Tracked the whole way, not a handshake and a hope.

4
The community endorses you. Publicly

If you actually delivered. That's real accountability, not a paid placement dressed up as partnership.

Who pays who. No grey areas.

You pay ResilientSA. Not the facilitators, and never the community. Communities pay nothing, ever.

Nothing gets scheduled until your deposit or full fee has cleared. We then pay the local facilitators on a fixed schedule, from money you've already paid. They never chase you for it. Cancel late, and the people we booked still get paid for their time.

The facilitators are independent practitioners, paid per engagement. For now it's an invoice and an EFT. Simple on purpose.

Not a plan on a slide.

The mechanism's been tested end to end. A verified offering, a real request, the full engagement flow, working. What's missing isn't the system. It's the first real Grounder and the first real community on either end of it. That could be you, now, while this is still being shaped rather than already decided.

Got a real initiative? Tell us what it is.

Not a form that goes into a queue. A real conversation with someone who can tell you straight whether this fits, or whether it doesn't.
